Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Senior Network Implementation Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute complex network infrastructure programs with engineering and construction activities.

You will own end-to-end deployment, ensure delivery quality and schedule adherence, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, vendors, and operations. A strong engineering background in OSP/fiber deployments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecom or network infrastructure program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fiber network engineering, OSP construction, and ROW processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure programs from design through construction completion.
• Oversee engineering processes from conceptualization through implementation.
• Coordinate engineering teams, construction supervisors, contractors, splicing vendors, and external partners.
• Report program status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
