Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end large-scale telecom deployment programs. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, vendors, and partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery and quality across all phases.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-driven, and proactive in identifying risks and driving operational excellence in milestones, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, network deployment, or related program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, or 2-3 years with a Master's.
• Understanding of wireless or wireline network design and lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Project & Milestone Management: manage milestones, real-time status, reporting.
• Forecasting and scheduling alignment for multiple projects 0–180 days.
• Drive closeouts, validate deliverables, ensure documentation completeness.
• Identify risks in real time and assign ownership to teams.
• Develop mitigation plans and track actions for timely resolution.
• Ensure deliverables meet engineering, construction, and QA standards.
• Maintain data across systems and develop leadership reports.
