Job summary

Ripple Fiber is seeking an experienced OSP Engineering Manager to lead our fiber network engineering team in the United States. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of FTTH and FTTB networks, while guiding a team of engineers toward innovation and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and vendor-management skills to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Engineering Manager in telecommunications.
• Proven FTTH/FTTB design and construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and construction of FTTH and FTTB networks.
• Lead a team of engineers and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance network performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance in resolving complex network issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• continually evaluating and improving processes and systems to increase operational efficiency.
