Job summary

Ripple Fiber is seeking an experienced OSP Engineering Manager to lead our fiber network engineering team in the United States. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of FTTH and FTTB networks, while guiding a team of engineers toward innovation and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and vendor-management skills to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Engineering Manager in telecommunications.
• Proven FTTH/FTTB design and construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
