Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program direction across multiple teams for fiber builds.
• Develop and execute the engineering design strategy aligned with expansion goals.
• Oversee route planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and staff to deliver designs on schedule.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
