Ziply Fiber in Spokane is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead teams responsible for designing and building scalable fiber networks, ensuring all designs meet technical and regulatory standards. You will oversee the entire engineering design process and manage internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fiber network engineering, including quoting, permitting, and pre-construction activities.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/people management role.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program direction to organize, develop, and execute a program across multiple teams.
• Develop and execute fiber engineering design strategy aligned with expansion goals.
• Oversee route planning, permitting, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers, designers, and staff to deliver designs on schedule.
