Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking experienced Senior Supervisors for large-scale long-haul fiber installation projects. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, planning, and mentorship across the field team. You will lead subcontractor coordination, track schedules and budgets, and drive successful project outcomes while traveling to multiple states.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specs.
• Ability to supervise craft employees and sub-contractors.
• Experience with project planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale fiber installation projects.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead safety programs, quality plans, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier selections and negotiations.
• Mentor and lead project staff and junior superintendents.
