Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Procurement Manager to own sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of FF&E for development and acquisitions projects. You will convert design intent into finished spaces by managing vendors, orders, budgets, and schedules from specification through installation, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and installers.

You will lead a procurement team, balance hands-on work with delegation, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FF&E procurement experience across multi-project settings.
• Proven PO management, vendor relationships, and delivery scheduling.
• Ability to read design specs, finish schedules, and floor plans.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with student housing, multifamily, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop procurement team members with hands-on contribution.
• Research and identify suppliers for furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders; track timelines and shipping.
• Partner with designers and project managers to keep procurement within budget.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and installation around project timelines.
• Maintain procurement logs, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Serve as liaison between designers, project managers, vendors, and installers.
• Inspect arrivals and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Coordinate on-site measures and data collection with installers.
• Assess acquisitions properties and plan procurement for renovations.
• Support LV Select initiatives like onsite styling.
