Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience managing environmental permitting for FERC-regulated natural gas projects.
  • Proven expertise in FERC Section 7(b) and 7(c) filings and NEPA documentation.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, scopes, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental permitting for FERC-regulated natural gas projects.
  • Develop permitting strategies with federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Manage multiple projects with focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Jacobs in client meetings and regulatory hearings.
  • Mentor junior staff and build a high-performing team.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities.
