The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, NEPA/ESA/CWA compliance, and client/agency interactions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in NEPA documentation and FERC filings, plus about 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Planning, Biology, or related field.
  • Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in environmental permitting or compliance for FERC-regulated natural gas projects.
  • Experience contributing to NEPA documentation, environmental studies, agency coordination, or FERC filings.
  • Experience coordinating project deliverables and tracking scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver environmental permitting tasks for FERC-regulated natural gas projects.
  • Coordinate scopes/workstreams, track deliverables, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Support development of permitting approaches and coordinate with USACE, USFWS, and state wildlife agencies.
  • Apply NEPA/ESA/CWA knowledge to project planning and documentation.
  • Support FEED studies by coordinating environmental inputs and permitting considerations.
  • Track scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC for assigned work; contribute to forecasts and reports.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and review NEPA documentation and supporting studies.
