Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in IT, business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Markets, Operations or electric utility industry.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support a comprehensive compliance order coordination process with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain methods, guidelines, and procedures for FERC order compliance.
• Ensure compliance evidence is provided to the compliance team before in-scope orders take effect.
• Serve as the primary liaison to facilitate cross-divisional communication.
• Establish frameworks to monitor, measure, and improve coordination and oversight.
• Create and manage an integrated program schedule with progress metrics.
• Provide training and support to affected teams on coordination and evidence collection.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage dependencies across divisions.
• Benchmark processes against industry best practices and PJM standards.
• Conduct lessons learned and retrospectives to identify improvements.
• Promote accountability and scalable processes for ongoing use.
• Lead project deliverables with cross-divisional alignment.
