PJM Interconnection is seeking a Senior Program Manager to design, implement, and operate a coordination and facilitation program for implementing FERC regulations across core functions. The role ensures compliance requirements are traced end-to-end and risks are mitigated in a cross-divisional environment.

You will oversee an integrated project schedule, measure performance metrics, and coordinate with Legal, FERC & Reliability Compliance, IT, Risk, and other divisions to ensure timely

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science, IT or Business or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience in markets, operations or electric utility industry.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Strong communication in a team environment.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong influential and persuasive skills.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support the comprehensive compliance order coordination process with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain methods and procedures for compliance with FERC orders.
• Provide compliance evidence to the team before effective dates of orders.
• Serve as primary liaison between divisions to facilitate communication and alignment on compliance orders.
• Establish frameworks to monitor, measure, and improve coordination and oversight performance.
