Job summary

PJM Interconnection is seeking a Business Analyst to support implementation leads on FERC Order compliance and related program lifecycle activities. The role emphasizes traceability, reporting, and data-driven process improvements within a hybrid work arrangement in Audubon, PA.

The BA will collaborate across divisions to gather and validate requirements, develop process mappings, and mentor other analysts while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on projects.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist implementation leads with tracking progress, timelines, and risks.
• Analyze high-impact projects to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Create process models and workflow diagrams.
• Document use cases, user stories, and functional specs for FERC orders.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards templates.
• Lead and mentor other BAs and promote BA best practices.
