Responsibilities

• Design and operate a program management structure for compliance with FERC orders impacting PJM functions.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage dependencies across divisions.
• Develop and monitor an integrated project schedule with milestones and performance metrics.
• Provide training and mentorship to teams on coordination processes and evidence collection.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and IT to ensure timely implementation and reporting.
