PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a senior coordinator to design, implement, and operate a cross-divisional program management structure for FERC regulatory changes affecting core functions. You will oversee schedules, risk monitoring, and stakeholder alignment across Legal, IT, Operations and more.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor of Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in Markets, Operations or Electric Utility Industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and support the comprehensive compliance order coordination process.
• Develop and maintain methods, guidelines, and procedures for compliance with FERC orders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between divisions to facilitate communication and alignment on compliance matters.
• Lead cross-divisional coordination and monitor performance against schedules.
• Provide training and support to affected teams on the coordination process and evidence collection.
