Job summary

Coralogix, a leader in full-stack observability, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for our East-Coast pre-sales team. This fully remote role within the US Eastern Time Zone focuses on Enterprise Federal Cloud Infrastructure clients.

You will drive technical discovery, design tailored demonstrations, and guide customers through evaluations to a successful technical close. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex technical value into business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration work.
• Strong knowledge of observability with logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, demos, and PoCs.
• Ability to discuss cloud-native environments and distributed systems credibly.
• Coding or scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Excellent communication and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry sources, and success criteria.
• Design tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases.
• Manage evaluations and PoCs from scope to validation.
• Assist with deployment, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Explain architecture, differentiation, and value to technical and executive audiences.
