Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments for client information systems, focusing on FedRAMP and NIST RMF compliance. You will mentor teammates, contribute to secure cloud architecture, and guide clients through risk mitigation in a fast-paced remote environment.

The role requires deep technical security expertise, government clearance readiness, and strong communication with stakeholders across federal and enterprise projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government customer.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Mansioni

• Lead comprehensive security assessments and evaluate compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF.
• Guide cross-functional teams and conduct compliance discussions on security architectures and controls.
• Author assessment reports, attestations, and client-facing compliance documentation.
• Mentor team members and support secure cloud architecture design and risk mitigation activities.
