Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments for client information systems. You will drive FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF compliance, mentor teams, and support secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation in a remote environment.

The role requires experience in security engineering, vulnerability management, and strong communication with clients. Eligible candidates must be a US citizen and able to obtain security clearance; base salary

Qualifications

• Security engineering knowledge to evaluate secure architecture and application security
• Framework mastery of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST RMF and cloud security
• Tool proficiency with assessment tools like Nessus, ACAS, NMAP and STIGs
• English communication to deliver technical guidance clearly
• Familiarity with SDLC as it relates to security (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct security assessments aligning with FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP
• Guide cross-functional teams and drive compliance discussions
• Author assessment reports and client-facing documentation
• Mentor teammates on secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation
