Job summary

Workday Government LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives for federal contracts. You will coordinate engineering, security, and operations, manage dependencies, and provide executive insights in a fast-paced environment.

You may be required to obtain TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance; the role supports DMV-area projects with hybrid on-site and remote work options, and requires strong communication and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in technical project management on large-scale federal/public sector initiatives.
• 4+ years leading SaaS development, migrations, and compliance/improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, system architecture, and security.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical, non-technical, executive teams, partners, and customers.
