You break down complex problems into actionable plans and possess a proactive, ownership-driven, and results-focused mindset.****May be required to be on site at client locations in the DC, MD, and VA (DMV) area****You:*** Drive clarity in ambiguous situations.* Build strong relationships and trust.* Balance detail attention with outcome focus.* Proactively remove blockers and accelerate progress.* Continuously improve processes and delivery practices.**Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 10+ years in technical program management (engineering or TPM) on visible, large-scale, cross-functional federal/public sector initiatives.* 5+ years experience leading SaaS development, migrations, and business/compliance/process improvement initiatives.* Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, system architecture, and security.* Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams.* Excellent verbal and written communication with technical, non-technical, executive teams, partners, and customers.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs* Experience managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impact* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).* Experience in SaaS or platform engineering environments.* Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.* Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, SOC 2).* PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.* Experience with Jira/Confluence a plus**Workday Pay Transparency Statement**The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
