Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technical program management on large-scale federal/public sector initiatives.
• 5+ years directing SaaS development, migrations, and compliance/process improvements.
• Strong SDLC, cloud, system architecture and security understanding.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across teams.
