• 15+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years developing technical solutions and proposal content for federal growth opportunities.
• Experience leading technical solution development for large, complex government proposals.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical solution development for growth opportunities, from early capture and shaping through proposal submission and oral presentations.
• Work as the technical lead within capture and proposal teams to develop an integrated solution aligned to customer requirements, win strategy, evaluation criteria, and GDIT capabilities.
• Analyze RFIs, RFPs, statements of work and other artifacts to identify technical requirements, gaps, risks, and differentiators.
• Own and write technical proposal content, including solution narratives, architectures, delivery approaches, transition plans, and LOE/BOE.
• Develop credible, executable solutions for software development, application modernization, and DevSecOps.
• Define approaches for application architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, security integration, cloud environments, observability and operations.
• Translate customer needs into work breakdowns, staffing assumptions, implementation roadmaps, estimates, risks, dependencies and lifecycle costs.
• Coordinate with account teams, capture, pricing, contracts, and partners to build and validate the solution.
• Lead solution reviews and color-team responses; refine the solution and content based on feedback.
