Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect SME to lead technical solution development for VA opportunities, focusing on software development, modernization, and DevSecOps. You’ll work with capture and proposal teams to shape solutions and write proposal content, leveraging government domain knowledge.

Hybrid role with Falls Church, VA office presence three days per week; prior delivery experience valued but not required. U.S.

Qualifications

• Lead technical solution development for growth opportunities and propose content.
• Translate customer needs and solicitation requirements into executable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud, Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for growth opportunities from capture to proposal submission.
• Write solution narratives, architectures, delivery approaches and LOE/BOE.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build and validate the solution.
• Develop credible, executable solutions for software development and modernization.
• Lead solution reviews and color-team responses, refining content.
