Qualifications

• 10+ years software development experience, including 5+ years in DevSecOps CI/CD and 3+ years developing cloud-native software solutions (AWS Preferred).
• Certifications in software development, DevSecOps, or cloud-native architecture.
• Expertise in DevSecOps automation, Agile/Lean delivery, and enterprise-grade CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Sonatype, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting cloud-native architectures, containerized microservices, API-driven interfaces, and event-based systems. Strong background in application containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Proficiency in modern development frameworks and languages (Java, .NET, Node.js, Spring, Angular, React, JSON, etc.).
• Experience working with large datasets, data migration strategies, and modernization-aligned analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and communicate DevSecOps automation strategies that align legacy-to-cloud modernization goals and customer mission needs.
• Build compelling technical briefings, modernization roadmaps, and reusable solution artifacts tailored for customer consumption.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams and customer personnel on CI/CD pipeline modernization, security integration, test automation, and cloud deployment approaches.
• Evaluate legacy mainframe workflows and help plan prototype implementations demonstrating modernization feasibility and value.
• Continuously assess modernization progress and support iterative improvements across development, deployment, security, and monitoring workflows.
