Qualifications

• Bachelor in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience architecting technical solutions and leading capture pursuits and proposals.
• Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD methodologies for rapid, secure delivery.
• Cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP; microservices and containerization.
• Security practices throughout the SDLC and AI/ML integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution strategy across Capture and Proposal lifecycle.
• Develop architectural models, process diagrams, and operation concepts.
• Provide technical volumes, proposals, and compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with capture teams to shape acquisitions and solutions.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure alignment with customer needs.
