Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Director of Solutions Architecture to lead technical solution development for proposals in the Intelligence market space.

The role interfaces with clients on a pre-proposal basis, analyzes RFI/RFPs, develops staffing and cost elements, and guides staff across a small to medium team. The candidate will recruit, hire, mentor staff, develop logical architectures, and author proposal sections and diagrams.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or similar discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical wins and solution readiness plans throughout Capture and Proposal lifecycle.
• Interface with clients on a pre-proposal basis to socialize and vet solutions.
• Develop logical and physical architectures, author proposal materials, and review work of others.
