Amentum is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy and proposal responses for Federal pursuits. You will translate client needs and compliance into compelling, compliant, and cost-effective technical solutions across systems engineering, IT, and mission support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field (8+ years of additional experience may be considered as equivalent to Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong systems engineering background with multidisciplinary systems integration.
• Hands on experience architecting technical solutions for federal proposals rather than contributing only as a technical SME.
• Proven ownership of technical proposal sections or full technical volumes across complex RFI and RFP responses.
• Outstanding technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical architect across the pursuit lifecycle within an integrated growth team.
• Provide end-to-end thought leadership across proposal responses including technical solution, staffing, and BOE.
• Provide expert technical writing capabilities for artifacts, white papers, statements of work, briefings and proposals.
• Collaborate with teaming partners to develop technical solutions and pricing strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Communicate complex requirements clearly to audiences with varying technical levels.
