Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Specialist to join its Federal Advisory practice in Washington, DC. The role involves hands-on ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development as part of federal engagements.

Required are at least three years in ITSM or ServiceNow development, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Agile/Scrum. Willingness to travel and ability to obtain U.S. government clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ITSM or ServiceNow Development experience.
• Agile or Scrum software development experience.
• Experience with scripting on ServiceNow using JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration, integration, and custom programming for ServiceNow implementations.
• Implement ServiceNow customizations: UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, data import.
• Participate in full SDLC: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, support.
• Serve as an individual contributor or team member on ServiceNow engagements.
