Job summary

KPMG LLP's Federal Advisory practice seeks a Lead Specialist to define and lead ServiceNow engagements for government clients in the Washington, DC area. You will shape architecture, estimate scope, and deliver hands-on configurations and integrations to achieve business outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, solution architects, and program teams while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow product capabilities; willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ITSM or ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and solution architects.
• US Federal government consulting experience preferred.
• Able to obtain/maintain US Government security clearance.
• Willingness to travel as required to support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural and design level solutions aligned with client problems.
• Assist with scope definition and effort estimation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products.
• Lead on engagements and design, document, and communicate solution design(s).
• Perform configuration, integration, and hands-on activities for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
