eVisit is expanding its recruiting team to support a federal program track alongside its commercial platform. The Senior Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting across FedRAMP/GovCloud, healthcare IT, and federal program management, guiding candidates from intake to offer.

You will build sourcing strategies, screen for technical depth and federal eligibility, manage multiple searches, and partner with engineering, security, and leadership to deliver hires that meet contract requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting technical roles.
• 2+ years recruiting into federal government contracting, with screening for citizenship and security eligibility.
• Direct experience recruiting in healthcare IT, telehealth, or healthcare SaaS.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one cleared-talent channel (e.g., ClearanceJobs).
• Track record influencing senior stakeholders on timelines, requirements, and offers.

• Own requisitions end to end: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and close.
• Run structured recruiter screens to assess technical depth, healthcare or federal domain fit, and eligibility.
• Manage concurrent searches across engineering, security, program management, and business functions.
