Job summary

Guidon Design is seeking a Sr. Federal Proposal Coordinator to lead complex federal proposals and support Guidon’s federal growth strategy. This role serves as the primary SF330 resource, coordinating planning, writing, and submission from kickoff to interview preparation.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in A/E/C federal marketing, agency familiarity (VA/DoD), and experience with IDIQ/MATOC processes. Shipley/APMP preferred; Adobe InDesign and CRM proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5-7+ years A/E/C federal marketing & proposal leadership (SF330 expert).
Agency familiarity (e.g., VA, DoD) and IDIQ/MATOC experience.
Demonstrated success leading complex, compliant proposals from kickoff through final submission.

Responsibilities

Lead SF330, RFP, RFQ, IDIQ, and task-order proposal efforts from kickoff through submission.
Guide proposal strategies, compliance matrices, schedules, outlines, author assignments, and review plans.
Facilitate kickoff meetings and guide technical teams in developing clear win themes and client messaging.
Write, edit, and organize technical content to create compliant proposals.
Coordinate input from project managers, technical staff, teaming partners, and subconsultants.
Lead reviews and ensure quality through final production and interviews.
