Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting federal contracts.
• 5+ years supervising senior leaders and distributed teams.
• Proven experience managing profit and loss for government portfolios.
• Strong understanding of FAR and federal contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable, IDIQ).
• Experience with contract transitions, mobilizations, and phase-in activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of contracts, task orders, and programs across locations.
• Lead and mentor Program Managers, Project Managers, and Site Leads.
• Direct contract transitions, staffing, onboarding, and site readiness.
• Ensure performance against quality, schedule, technical, and cost requirements.
• Develop program management plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage CPARS activities and customer engagement with COs/CORs.
