Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, logistics, program management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible program or project management experience on federal government contracts.
• Minimum of 5 years managing multiple contracts or geographically dispersed operations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills; experience with DoD/DoC.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of contracts, programs, and performance across multiple locations.
• Mentor and develop Program Managers, Project Managers, and Site Leads.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and contract clauses.
• Lead contract transitions, staffing, and phase-in activities.
• Oversee CPARS, performance reviews, and customer engagement.
