Job summary

Cayuse Holdings in Wahiawa, HI seeks a Program Manager to provide senior leadership for a portfolio of Federal contracts. You will drive performance, financials, and quality, serving as the key customer voice and aligning work with Cayuse objectives.

Responsibilities include transition/onboarding at contractor sites, governance, risk oversight, and ongoing client engagement to enable growth and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physical security, access control, military, or law enforcement.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or shift lead role within a secure/classified environment.
• 5–8 years managing large, complex contracts and program-level efforts for Federal Government clients.
• PMP certification or 10–15 years of direct program management experience.
• Knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects within an assigned portfolio.
• Oversee Project Managers and PMO staff, including resource planning and escalation management.
• Ensure contract performance, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with Federal Government clients and stakeholders.
• Lead transition and onboarding activities for new contracts and provide on-site support as needed.
