Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Senior Managing Director to lead the National Security Portfolio, building and delivering large, complex programs across DHS, federal agencies, ODNI, NSA, and CIA. The role emphasizes strategic vision, relationship management, and profitable growth with sales/capture and delivery teams.

You will guide cross-functional teams, shape core solutions for future growth, manage risk and margins, and advocate portfolio priorities with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s/MBA is desirable.
• 15+ years in leadership within the National Security market.
• 15+ years in sales, account management, or operational P&L in professional services/IT.
• 10+ years in project management and delivery for large clients.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on industry trends and priorities by building trusted relationships.
• Understand key client missions, priorities, budgets, and opportunities for Cayuse alignment.
• Provide oversight to complex program business development and delivery teams.
• Shape and influence solutions and priorities based on industry trends and client discussions.
• Drive profitable delivery and margins through pricing and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with BU executives and directors to align portfolio priorities and teams.
• Establish enduring client relationships and grow National Security market penetration.
