Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Quality Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Program, ensuring compliance with performance standards and contractual requirements.

You will drive audits, metrics, and improvement initiatives across sites, with a focus on data-driven decision making and collaboration with stakeholders. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and strong program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, business administration, operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or technical operations, with at least 3+ years leading a quality program on a Federal or defense contract.
• Proven expertise in audit planning, quality metrics development, PWS/AQL interpretation, root-cause analysis, data analysis, and customer reporting.
• Top Secret/ SCI Clearance is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain the Quality Management Program in alignment with contracts and standards.
• Design, execute, and report on internal audits and surveillance schedules for stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance against PWS standards and AQLs to ensure contractual goals.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with site quality focal points to maintain program consistency.
