Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team supporting DHS ICE. This fully remote role focuses on program management, data and reporting, and process optimization for government taskings and data analytics.

Contract is unfunded pending award, with emphasis on advising government stakeholders and delivering concise, high‑quality narratives and presentations, including PowerPoint artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience).
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a Law enforcement specific environment.
• Experience working with ICE specific data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Provide guidance to delivery teams and HQ on best practices and methods.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, and paths to resolution.
• Oversee cross-discipline teams to ensure alignment with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review deliverables to ensure compliance and quality standards.
