Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a fully remote role supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The position oversees a geographically dispersed team, focusing on program management, data, and reporting activities.

Qualified candidates have 12+ years in delivery environments, direct law enforcement experience, and familiarity with ICE data and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a masters).
Direct experience in a Law enforcement specific environment.
Experience working with ICE specific data and processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE AORs.
Provide leadership on pathways for innovation and automation for project deliverables.
Guide delivery team personnel on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and resolutions.
Ensure cross-discipline alignment on requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Review project deliverables for compliance and quality.
Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
