Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team in DHS ICE program management, data, and reporting activities. This fully remote role focuses on advising teams and stakeholders to execute government taskings, data analytics, case management, and strategic planning.

The position requires 12+ years in dynamic client delivery, direct experience in a law enforcement environment, and ICE process familiarity; a DHS clearance is required and the role is remote across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE data/processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE Areas of Responsibility.
• Provide thought leadership on paths for innovation and automation for project team deliverables.
• Guide delivery teams on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, and pathways to resolution.
• Review deliverables for compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure execution.
• Analyze requirement changes and recommend expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives and create succinct visualizations using PowerPoint.
