Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team on ICE program initiatives, focusing on program management, data, and reporting. The role is fully remote within the United States, contingent on contract award.

The candidate will establish streamlined reporting processes, guide teams, and engage with stakeholders to drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing reporting and data processes across ICE AORs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams and HQ.
• Guide delivery personnel on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and resolutions.
• Ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are met.
• Review artifacts for compliance and quality.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Create effective project communication plans and execute them.
• Analyze requirement changes and propose expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives and visuals.
