Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team in program management, data and reporting activities for ICE under DHS. This fully remote role requires coordinating with government stakeholders to implement effective processes and methodologies for government taskings, data analytics, and strategic planning.

The position emphasizes advising teams, ensuring progress across deliverables, and maintaining strong communication with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments; Masters deviation allowed.
• Direct experience in a Law enforcement specific environment.
• Experience working with ICE specific data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes and practices to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE Areas of Responsibility.
• Provide guidance to delivery teams on project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and pathways to resolution.
• Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers to support the program.
