Job summary

Eursdale Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a Federal professional services contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The PM will oversee contract performance, personnel, quality assurance, reporting, staffing, and customer coordination.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day contract operations, serving as the primary customer contact, overseeing staffing, schedules, and deliverables, and ensuring protection of sensitive Government information.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated program or project management experience.
• Experience managing professional or administrative support personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with quality assurance, performance management, and Government reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain DHS suitability/Public Trust approval.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations and assigned personnel.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, performance, and quality.
• Manage project plans, progress reports, and contract deliverables.
• Identify and resolve performance or staffing issues.
• Ensure protection of sensitive Government information.
