Job summary

AV is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to drive cost and pricing strategies for federal proposals and contracts. The role ensures compliant, accurate, and competitive pricing submissions under FAR/DFARS/CAS, aligning with business goals and customer requirements.

The position collaborates with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams, develops pricing models, and mentors junior analysts while supporting price-to-win decisions and bid strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel and Word); experience with pricing tools such as ProPricer (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing in accordance with solicitation requirements.
• Ensure pricing submissions comply with FAR/DFARS, CAS, DCAA/DCMA guidelines, and internal policies.
• Perform sensitivity analyses, what-if scenarios, and risk assessments to support bid strategy.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support reviews and fact-finding.
• Collaborate with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams to provide pricing analysis, modeling, and documentation.
