Job summary

AV in California seeks a Sr. Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy for federal proposals and contracts. You will develop pricing models, build cost estimates, and prepare compliant cost volumes in line with FAR/DFARS/CAS and company policies.

The role requires 5+ years of federal pricing/estimating experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and proficiency with ProPricer. You will collaborate with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and government proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; pricing tools experience (ProPricer) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications; collaborate with Estimating Lead on BOEs and reviews.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing per solicitation requirements.
• Support price-to-win analysis and competitive assessments with capture teams.
