Job summary

AV in Arlington, VA seeks a Sr. Pricing Analyst to support the development and execution of cost and pricing strategies for federal proposals and contracts, ensuring compliant, accurate, and competitive submissions per FAR, DFARS, CAS, and company policies.

You will collaborate with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams to align pricing with business objectives. The role emphasizes pricing analysis, modeling, and documentation, with responsibilities across collaboration, pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word; ProPricer experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, tasks orders, and contract modifications; collaborate with Estimating Lead on BOEs and review of cost estimates.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing in accordance with solicitation requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support reviews and fact-finding.
• Support price-to-win analysis and provide pricing recommendations to management.
