Job summary

AV in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive compliant, competitive pricing for federal proposals in FAR/DFARS/CAS. You'll build cost models, lead pricing packages, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams to align pricing with objectives.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of federal pricing/estimating experience; strong Excel skills and proficiency with ProPricer are preferred. ITAR/compliance focus included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with pricing tools such as ProPricer.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing per solicitation requirements.
• Ensure pricing submissions comply with FAR/DFARS, CAS, DCAA/DCMA guidelines.
• Perform sensitivity analyses, what-if scenarios, and risk assessments for bid strategy.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for reviews.
