Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in business development, account management, sales leadership, or new logo acquisition.
• Proven track record of closing significant net new business in mid-market or multi-subsidiary environments, $500K+ ARR deals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total); 6 years if Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Grow LearnVantage federal footprint through three motions: with Accenture Federal Services, via federal channel partners, and direct LearnVantage selling.
• Develop and manage relationships with federal channel partners and aggregators to expand market reach and contract vehicles.
• Build a qualified federal pipeline through prospecting, events, RFIs/RFPs, and partner coordination.
• Partner with AFS account teams to position LearnVantage in mission modernization, AI, cloud, cyber, and workforce initiatives.
• Own qualification, forecasting, pipeline management, and responses to RFIs/RFPs with internal and channel teams.
