Job summary

eVisit is building a federal program track alongside its commercial platform, seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for this slate. You will manage intake, sourcing strategy, screening for technical depth and federal eligibility, and guide candidates through offers in a fast-paced, hybrid healthcare/federal environment.

This senior individual contributor role requires experience hiring in healthcare technology and government contracting, with the ability to move fluently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles
• 2+ years recruiting into federal government contracting or cleared environments
• Direct experience recruiting in healthcare IT, telehealth, or healthcare SaaS

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end to end: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer construction, and close
• Run structured recruiter screens that assess technical depth and federal eligibility
• Manage concurrent searches across engineering, security, program management, and business functions
• Build and maintain pipelines of FedRAMP, ATO, GovCloud, and federal healthcare experience
• Advise hiring managers on market data, compensation expectations, and timelines
