eVisit in Colorado is expanding its federal program track alongside its commercial platform, seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for FedRAMP/GovCloud, healthcare IT, and cleared roles. You will build sourcing strategies, screen for federal eligibility, coordinate interviews, and guide offers while partnering with engineering, security, program, and executive leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting into federal government contracting, federal health IT, or cleared environments.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare IT, telehealth, digital health, or healthcare SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end to end: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer construction, and close.
• Run structured recruiter screens that assess technical depth, healthcare or federal domain fit, and eligibility before candidates reach hiring managers.
• Manage concurrent searches across engineering, security, program management, and business functions.
