Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• OSHA 30 Required.
• EM385 1-1 40 HR Required.
• NAVFAC CQMC Certified Required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of federal construction projects.
• Coordinate all trades on the project, including subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and implement safety practices.
• Maintain accurate daily reports of all project activities.
• Manage 15 subordinate supervisors and ensure compliance with policies.
